OUR FOCUS GOALS

Health Awareness
& Prevention

We are committed to improving community health through proactive education and access to essential services. Our initiatives include HIV, TB, and STI testing and screening, as well as gender-based violence (GBV) awareness campaigns. We work especially with adolescents and young people to promote safe practices, including condom use and HIV prevention strategies such as PrEP.

Youth Empowerment
& Skills Development

We tackle unemployment and poverty by equipping youth and women with market-relevant skills. Through structured career guidance, computer literacy, farming, sewing, and leadership training, we open doors to sustainable employment, entrepreneurship, and educational opportunities—including access to bursaries and mentorship support.

Education Access
& Academic Support

Our goal is to break the cycle of poverty through education-focused outreach. This includes after-school programs, homework assistance, motivational speaking events, and an annual academic awards ceremony to celebrate student excellence. We ensure that financial constraints are not a barrier to success by supporting bursary applications and school supply drives.

Community Sports
& Arts Development

Through the Grassroots Sports Program, we engage youth in structured sports activities like soccer, netball, cricket, basketball, and drum majorettes. Sports and arts serve as tools for discipline, teamwork, and personal growth, while also nurturing local talent to compete on regional and national stages. Our teams have proudly received numerous provincial and national awards.

Substance Abuse
& Social Awareness

We run targeted substance abuse awareness campaigns and support groups to address the root causes of addiction, crime, and youth disengagement. In tandem with our partners, we create safe platforms to openly discuss issues like teenage pregnancy, HIV/AIDS, unemployment, and human trafficking—driving meaningful behavior change through education and peer support.

Charity Outreach
& Humanitarian Support

We uplift vulnerable populations through direct support initiatives including back-to-school drives, Mandela Day events, holiday games, and sanitary towel distributions. Our outreach extends to children, the elderly, the disabled, and those living with HIV/AIDS. Every act of giving is designed to restore dignity, promote inclusion, and bring hope to underserved communities.

OUR TEAM

ABOUT FAITH SIBEKO

Founder | Chairperson | Community Advocate

Faith Sibeko is a proud mother, wife, multi-award-winning leader, and the visionary founder of the Faith & Hope Foundation. Born and raised in Ga-Rankuwa, she used her educational background and career experience to create meaningful change in her community. In 2012, moved by the growing needs around her, Faith took the first steps in building what would become a beacon of hope for many.

Her journey began after witnessing the harsh realities faced by local children—many wandering the streets at night, attending school without proper uniforms, and, heartbreakingly, young girls as young as 14 becoming vulnerable to exploitation. These painful truths ignited her purpose. With determination and the support of her daughter, Faith opened her home as a safe haven, offering care, structure, and opportunity to the youth.

What started as small gatherings quickly grew into structured sports and arts programs focused on getting children off the streets and guiding them toward personal development and self-worth. Today, under her leadership, the foundation runs a range of impactful community initiatives, including the Sanitary Towels Campaign, Back-to-School drives, and various youth empowerment programs—each echoing her deep compassion and commitment to transformation.

Faith Sibeko leads with integrity, resilience, and love
always believing that one act of hope can change many lives.
